Pastor Keeton was raised in a Christian home and is the second of four children.  He graduated from New Hope Christian School in Independence, Missouri in May of 1988.  Upon graduation from highschool, he moved to Oklahoma City to attend college.  He graduated from college with a major in Secondary Education and a proficiency in History.  In his senior year at college, he met his wife Laura.  They were married in August of 1993.  The Lord has blessed them with three wonderful children, Bradley, Jonathan, and Kayla.  Pastor Keeton's first position in full-time ministry was as a high school teacher, coach, athletic director, and assistant youth pastor in a Christian school.  After serving in that capacity for about 14 years, he took over as the administrator of the school and the youth pastor at the church.  At a youth conference in 2012, God began to work on his heart about pastoring.  Pastor Keeton resigned as administrator and youth Pastor in 2014 and began to seek God's will as to where He would have him to pastor.  The Lord brought Pastor Keeton and his family  to Union City, TN in August of 2015.  Pastor Keeton also serves as a chaplain with the Union City Police Department, as well as the Union City Fire Department.
